Dual Power Modes

300W heaters generally reach temperatures around 70–85°C (158–185°F)

Gear II (600W) for faster batches and blending

600W heaters can reach up to 100–120°C (212–248°F)

🕯️ How to Use Your Mini Wax Melter

⚠️ Before You Begin

  • Place the melter on a flat, heat-resistant surface.

  • Ensure the area is dry and free from flammable materials.

  • Make sure the power switch is OFF before plugging in.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Add Wax

  • Open the lid.

  • Add the desired amount of wax into the heating chamber.

  • Do not overfill. Leave room for safe stirring and expansion.

Step 2: Plug In and Select Heat Setting

  • Plug the melter into a power source.

  • Choose your desired gear by turning the control knob:

    • Gear I – 300W (Slow, controlled melting)

    • Gear II – 600W (Faster melting)

🔁 Start with Gear I for delicate butters types like cocoa butter, shea butter, etc . Use Gear II for quicker melting when working in batches.

Step 3: Monitor Temperature

  • Stir the wax occasionally for even heating.

  • Use an infrared or pen thermometer to check temperature.

  • Ideal melting range for most waxes: 80°C to 90°C

Step 4: Turn Off and Pour

  • Once wax is fully melted and reaches desired temperature:

    • Turn the knob back to the OFF position.

    • Unplug the melter.

    • Carefully pour the melted wax into your containers 

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Let the melter cool down completely.

  • Wipe the inside with a soft cloth or paper towel while wax is still slightly warm.

  • Do not use sharp tools to scrape hardened wax.

  • Store in a dry place.

  • Do not leave the melter unattended while in use.

  • Keep away from children and pets.

  • Do not immerse in water or use outdoors.

  • Allow full cooling before cleaning or storing.
